Delivery and Returns


Delivery of items will be made using reputable couriers and Australia Post. 

Carriers available to you will depend on your location and the availability of our courier services to deliver to particular areas. 

FOR GENERAL IN-STOCK ITEMS (excluding "Card of the Month kit" and "The Crafternoon Box")

Shipping will take place on Wednesday of every week for any items ordered up until the Sunday before.

If ordering on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, please be aware that your order may not ship until Wednesday of the week following your order. 


Orders are shipped once per month only, around the 21st of each month to enable your delivery to reach you in time for the start of the month and the online tutorials. 

Please note: delivery times are currently impacted due to the Covid19/Coronavirus pandemic. 

In December, delivery times may be longer than usual, and ordering deadlines may be earlier than usual, to account for the larger volume of packages being shipped at that time. 


If you are needing to return an item for any reason, please contact us at prior to sending so that we can assess whether the item needs to be returned to us or not. 

Return of any faulty or damaged item is at the buyer's expense.

Returns and refunds are not permitted for change of mind.
